Wilson Bowden Developments (WBD) has announced three deals worth around £21m.
Ladywell Hospital in Eccles, Manchester cost WBD £14m. The 13,000 sq m (140,000 sq ft) site will be developed as a retail scheme, which is scheduled for completion
