Ridge & Partners expands at Bristol’s Tower Wharf

Ridge & Partners will be moving into its new workspace on the third floor of Picton’s Tower Wharf building in Bristol city centre.

The property and construction consultancy has agreed a 10-year lease on a 13,559 sq ft grade-A office, more than double its former 5,215 sq ft space.

Tower Wharf, situated on Cheese Lane and overlooking the floating harbour, has recently been fully refurbished, with new air conditioning, partially exposed services and LED lighting. The building is adjacent to the expanding enterprise zone, providing access to Bristol Temple Meads train station and Cabot Circus, a regional retail destination.

James Preece, director of the national offices team at Colliers Bristol, which advised Picton on the deal, said: “Having an office in a prime city centre location is crucial for many businesses, and Tower Wharf offers occupiers a high-quality, energy-efficient workspace with connectivity to the city centre and the wider Bristol area.”

Following this deal, one fitted 5,215 sq ft workspace on the ground floor remains available, with a further two fitted suites, measuring 3,811 sq ft and 3,220 sq ft, on the first floor becoming available towards the end of this year.

LSH also advised Picton.
