Plans for 136-hectare Skegness extension submitted

Plans for a 136-hectare urban extension to Skegness in Lincolnshire have been submitted, promising more than 1,000 homes. The Skegness Gateway development, to the west of the town centre, will also include 20 hectares of shops, industrial and work space.
