Urban regeneration company the New Swindon Company has shortlisted five developers for a £300m, 17.5-acre mixed-use redevelopment of Swindon town centre.
The shortlist for the scheme, known as The Exchange, are:
· Amec
· Akeler
· Malory Clifford's Blackfriars Investments
