Cardiff-based developer Andrew McCarthy's Garrison Barclay Estates has bought the 142,000 former Hills Industries factory buildings in Caerphilly.
The landlord will sub-divide the main 65,000 sq ft building on the Pontygwindy Industrial estate for trade counter and office use.
