Evans Property Group has let a 180,000 sq ft distribution unit in Warrington, Cheshire, to cake and confectionery manufacturer Inter Link Foods.
The Blackburn-based occupier has taken the South 62 unit on Mill Lane, Winwick Quay, at an undisclosed rent
