Edinburgh developer Esk Properties has been selected by West Lothian council as preferred developer for a strategic site in Livingston town centre.
The 5.2-acre (2.1ha) site is located on Almondvale Boulevard, adjacent to McArthur Glen's leisure and designer outlet centre,
