Debenhams has signed up to anchor the proposed £95m Friarsgate retail-led scheme in Lichfield, Staffordshire.
The announcement comes just weeks after Lichfield council gave its support to Yorkshire developer S Harrison's detailed planning application for the 400,000 sq ft scheme
