Crosslane wins planning for 117 student beds in Leeds

Crosslane Student Developments has won planning for a 117-bed purpose-built student accommodation scheme on Woodhouse Square in Leeds. The development, its first in the city, will have a GDV of £14m. Crosslane is also building a 437-bed scheme in Sheffield.
