Michelin-starred chef Raymond Blanc has signed a deal to open a Brasserie Blanc restaurant at the Bristol Alliance's £500m town-centre redevelopment.
The chef is taking 4,000 sq ft in the former Quaker Meeting House, within the city's Quakers Friars area.
