Avant Homes acquires £85m Telford site

Avant Homes has expanded into the West Midlands with the acquisition of a 20.9-acre site in Priorslee, Telford for £85m. Phase one of the Monkswood development will comprise 184 two, three, four and five-bedroom homes with prices starting from £250,000.
