Zurich Assurance, clients of Threadneedle Property Investors, has bought Croxley Gateway at the entrance to Croxley Business Park in Watford, Hertfordshire for £6.10m.
The deal reflects a net initial yield of 7.5% and includes a two-year rental guarantee reflecting £18
