The Welsh Rugby Union (WRU) has launched talks with Barclays Bank in a bid to restructure a £49.17m debt on the 72,000-seat Millennium Stadium in Cardiff.
The WRU said today it was exploring methods of reducing the £3m-a-year interest repayment
