Work to start on Henry Boot’s speculative Manchester scheme

Henry Boot is preparing to start work on a £66m speculative office scheme in Manchester. The Island scheme will see the redevelopment of a 10-storey city centre building into a Cartwright Pickard-designed 100,000 sq ft, net zero carbon smart-enabled office.
