WiredScore looks to KF and BL for new senior hires

WiredScore has hired Knight Frank capital markets partner Tom Vaughan-Fowler and British Land head of smart places Jules Barker to join the company’s senior team.

Vaughan-Fowler will take up the role of head of national markets and Barker will be director of product at the global connectivity certification scheme business.

Vaughan-Fowler has more than 10 years of experience working in commercial property and has acted on more than £2bn of real estate deals over his career. He will oversee WiredScore’s partnerships with commercial landlords and lead client development efforts across the UK and Ireland.

Barker joins from WiredScore after working at British Land since 2015. He will guide the product team in rolling out the WiredScore service.
