Winchester appoints development partner for regen scheme

Jigsaw Consortium, trading as Partnerships & Places, has been chosen by Winchester City Council as a development partner to deliver an 11-acre regeneration project. The mixed-use scheme comprises up to 94,000 sq ft of retail space and up to 140,000
