Wimbledon houses could raise £5.7m-plus for Savills

Three newly completed houses in Wimbledon, SW19, will go under the hammer at the next Savills auction, guided at £5.75m-plus.

The houses developed by Hamley Property Group are held in an SPV, which could enable the buyer to benefit from stamp duty relief.

The five-bedroom homes are located between Wimbledon Village and Wimbledon town, with far-reaching views of the South Downs.

The catalogue of 175 lots for the 26 November auction also includes a 0.07-acre site in the the centre of Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey, guided at £1.2m-plus.

The site comprises two vacant buildings: a two-storey mixed-use building fronting Richmond Road and a two-storey commercial building fronting Canbury Park Road.

Part of the site has implemented planning permission for a mixed use scheme comprising a restaurant and nine flats.

Development opportunities on offer in London include the highest-priced lot, a Grade II listed detached property called The Hoo in Hampstead, NW3. The 11,000 sq ft property in sought-after Lyndhurst Garden is currently used by an NHS Foundation Trust (D1) but will be offered vacant.

The sale will be held at the Sheraton Grand London, W1.
