Wilson Connolly has announced an agreed £61.8m bid for Wainhomes.
Wilson Connolly will also take on £70.7m of Wainhomes debt as part of the deal. It excludes Wainhomes south-west division which the companys founder and chairman, Bill Ainscough, will continue
