Whitbread acquires central London office for hotel development

Whitbread has acquired Churchill House, located at 35 Red Lion Square, WC1, from the Royal College of Anaesthetists, with plans to convert it into a Premier Inn Hub bhotel. The eight-story office building, spanning 47,500 sq ft, has been the
