Wheel firm rolls out Wakefield industrial development plan

BGO Wheel Propco has revealed plans for a potential redevelopment of a 10.6-acre brownfield plot at Glasshoughton, West Yorkshire. The pre-planning proposals, lodged with Wakefield Council, seek to deliver 215,278 sq ft of storage and distribution space across two buildings.
