WeWork has leased six floors at 1 Lloyd’s Avenue in the City of London, its second letting deal this week and its 17th in the City of London.
The co-working giant has signed up for around 30,000 sq ft at the building, which is owned by Spanish insurance company MAPFRE.
Yesterday (25 March), WeWork announced it had leased the entire building at 12 Moorgate.
Lloyd’s Avenue is the firm’s 50th location in London.
MAPFRE bought Dixon House, 1 Lloyd’s Avenue, for £35.5m in 2016 from real estate investment company GreenOak.
Knight Frank and Allsop acted for MAPFRE on the deal.
