The West End Framework public-private partnership will revamp the Paradise Circus area of Birmingham.
The partnership includes Birmingham City Council, Arena Central Developments, Argent and Targetfollow.
Paradise Circus divides the city’s two main business districts of Colmore Row and Brindleyplace.
