Dutch investor Wereldhave has confirmed it has acquired the Dolphin shopping centre in Poole, Dorset, from Grosvenor for £85m - a 6% net initial yield.
As revealed by EGi (3 November 2010), Wereldhave placed the 530,000 sq ft
