Welsh Assembly first minister Rhodri Morgan has accused property "vultures" of circling over a bankrupt Cardiff steelworks.
The 68-acre (27.5ha) ASW Castle Works site has been placed in the hands of receiver KPMG, with estimated debts of around £100m.
