Stretton Estates Queensferry has bought a 4-acre (1.6ha) site from the Welsh Development Agency at Tir Llwyd Enterprise Park, Kinmel Bay, Conwy, for a 50,000 sq ft industrial unit.
The £6m scheme has been backed by European Objective One funding
