Watson Day is sitting pretty at the top of EG’s leaderboard of the most active agents in Kent, helped by a recent 11,846 sq ft industrial letting in Sittingbourne.
The deal, at 1 Eurolink Gateway on Castle Road, saw a private individual take the space on a 15-year fully repairing and insuring lease at a rent of £7.60 per sq ft, equating to £90,000 per annum.
Watson Day leads the pack in Kent, having acted on 250,573 sq ft of lettings and occupational sales, with Caxtons Commercial in second place on 219,637 sq ft. In third spot is JLL, having transacted 183,763 sq ft of deals, with the top five being completed by Knight Frank on 163,758 sq ft and Harrisons Property Surveyors on 151,565 sq ft.
