Wates to deliver £35m science hub for Teesside Uni

Wates Construction is to build a £35m science, health and medical facility on Teesside University’s Middlesbrough campus. The partnership between Wates and the university was extended following the completion of the Cornell Quarter accommodation block and the National Horizons Centre
