Wates and Havering lodge plans for 1,380 homes

Wates Residential and Havering Council have submitted plans for 1,380 homes at the £1bn Waterloo Estate regeneration in Romford, east London. The application is the largest estate redevelopment proposed in London this year and includes more than 550 affordable homes.
