Leading high street bookseller Waterstones and fashion and homeware retailer Oliver Bonas are set to occupy EPF’s Reigate restoration project, Knights Court.
EPF’s St Dominic’s Properties began work on the listed building in the centre of the Surrey town earlier in the year and will complete by next summer.
The scheme in Bell Street will include six apartments.
Waterstones will occupy around 2,000 sq ft and Oliver Bonas around 2,500 sq ft, with both retailers taking 10-year leases.
Katie Rees, head of property at Waterstones, said: “We are exceptionally pleased to have secured a long-awaited shop in Reigate and look forward to opening our doors to customers in spring 2018.”
A spokesman for Oliver Bonas said: “We love Reigate and are thrilled to bring our curated fashion and homeware collections to the borough.”
Sales marketing of the apartments is expected to begin early next year.
EPF Managing Director Adam Coffer said: “Waterstones and Oliver Bonas are an absolutely perfect fit for the character and profile of this beautiful local landmark given their exceptional customer experience.
“We are thrilled to welcome them to our property, which is a scheme we are enormously proud of.”
