MIPIM UK 2015: Scarborough Group and Legal & General have released an animation of the proposed Thorpe Park business park regeneration near Leeds.
L&G struck a £162m deal to buy a 50% share of the 200-acre business park development earlier this year.
The 1.35m sq ft mixed-use expansion of the existing business park is expected to see 7,000 homes built over five years alongside the new ‘East Leeds Orbital Road’ linking Leeds to Junction 46 of the M1.
Plans are underway for the construction of a 300,000 sq ft shopping and leisure park, with up to 60,000 sq ft of office space and 300 new homes in Thorpe Park Leeds.
