Warner Estate Holdings has today confirmed it is buying Birmingham's Pallasades Shopping Centre from Capital & Regional's and Morley Fund Management's Mall Fund.
The investment company is buying the 289,735 sq ft (26,915m2) shopping centre through a new property fund,
