VTS enables property firms

Is proptech becoming less of a disruptor for real estate and more of an enabler? A growing number of developers and agents are using online systems to manage portfolios.

London managing directors of VTS, Charlie Wade and Eoin Condren, talked to EG about how it now has more than 100m sq ft of European property on its books and why the industry is finally engaging.

More than 5.5bn sq ft of property globally is now managed through VTS – Brookfield, Derwent London, Castleforge Partners, LaSalle Investment Management, Exemplar and AshbyCapital have all signed recent deals with the firm.

“This is a watershed moment for the management of commercial real estate, with the industry beginning to realise the true potential of technology to dramatically improve efficiency and help everyone work faster,” said Ryan Masiello, co-founder and chief revenue officer of VTS.
