Vita Group has launched a consultation on its masterplan for the former Central Goods Station in Birmingham.
The developer has said it wants to respect the site’s heritage as a live-work destination and create a sustainable mixed-use urban neighbourhood.
Four buildings would provide a mix of residential uses plus ground-floor retail and leisure destinations.
David Ancell, chief brand officer at Vita Group, said: “The aim is to create a sustainable mixed-use urban neighbourhood which celebrates all that’s good within the city, creating an inclusive neighbourhood. Goods Station is all about good vibes, good opportunities, good homes… a good life.”
The consultation will run until 8 August.
