Vistry Group, operating through its subsidiary Countryside, has been selected as the preferred delivery partner on two schemes providing a total of 1,500 homes.
In Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes Council has selected Vistry Group as the development partner on a scheme that will deliver 930 homes.
The development, which has a GDV of £275m, will include 50% affordable housing, delivered via affordable rent, social rent and shared ownership tenures.
The scheme includes community facilities such as a commercial centre, a primary school and public open spaces including playing fields, sports pitches and a wellbeing centre.
Countryside Partnerships has also secured a pre-construction service agreement in Southall, west London. Network Homes has awarded the company the design and enabling works for 575 homes. The development has a potential contract value of £145m for the main works.
The scheme will include four buildings ranging in height from 15 to 23 storeys. It will provide 174 affordable homes, with the remaining 401 BTR homes being funded, owned and operated by Grainger.
