Vistry plans 200 homes for leafy Surrey

Vistry Group has bought a 41-acre plot for a £90m development in Surrey. The FTSE 250-listed housebuilder has exchanged on the site in Ottershaw, with plans for between 180 to 200 homes, ranging from one and two bedroom flats to
