Vistry commits to be net zero by 2040

Vistry has committed to only build net-zero-carbon homes by 2040 as it links top-tier pay to sustainability targets. The housebuilder said that it would be "zero carbon ready" by 2025, rolling out homes with a 75-80% reduction in carbon emissions.
