Vistry Group’s Countryside Partnerships has exchanged contracts with housing association LiveWest to deliver 259 mixed-tenure homes on the outskirts of Plymouth in Devon.
The £76m development in the new town of Sherford will comprise 114 affordable homes, delivered by LiveWest,
