Vistry Group has acquired phases 6, 10, 11, 12 and 13 at Finchwood Park in Finchampstead in Wokingham, Berkshire, from Cala Group for around £70m.
The land has outline planning consent for 615 homes and is part of a wider masterplan of 1,500 homes.
In 2022, Cala sold three plots of the masterplan – plots 7, 8 and 9, which had consent for 135 homes – to Barratt Homes.
Finchwood Park will also deliver a neighbourhood centre, a primary school, 73 acres of green space and a new road extension.
The development is a 10-minute drive from Crowthorne and Wokingham, which both have train connections to London.
