With the last of Savills’ 800-strong West End team now established in the company’s new headquarters, Estates Gazette had a special tour inside the high spec new offices.
Savills relocated to the new 95,000 sq ft HQ at 33 Margaret Street, W1, from offices at Lansdowne House and Grosvenor Hill.
The building is 50,000 sq ft bigger than the original offices and features in-house entertaining facilities, including dining suites with James Bond-style privacy glass and robotic TV cabinets.
