Palmer Capital has sold a new mixed-use hotel development in Milton Keynes to Swiss-owned developer Vastint for £3.3m.
It plans to build a 256-bedroom hotel after buying around 0.3 acres of the 2-acre Buckinghamshire site, known as Aubrey
