Vandermolen Real Estate merges with Bantry Finance

Vandermolen Real Estate has merged with real estate finance brokerage and capital advisory firm Bantry Finance. As part of the deal, Adam Brews, the director of Bantry, has been appointed as head of capital advisory at Vandermolen. Prior to Bantry, Brews held roles as origination manager at Iron Bridge Finance and Orlandis Capital, portfolio manager at Viewbridge and a director at Silver Cedar Properties. In a social media post, Jonathan Vandermolen, chief executive at Vandermolen (pictured), said: “This marks a significant milestone in our continued growth, combining our strengths to enhance the services we offer, and deliver even greater results for our clients.” Bantry added: “I’m particularly excited about the opportunity to assist both our existing clients and new ones in securing the funding required to achieve their real estate goals and bring their projects to fruition.”
