Pan-European logistics platform Valor Real Estate Partners has appointed Victor Massias as head of developments.
Massias joined Valor in 2016 and has now been promoted to partner as the investor seeks to boost its development capabilities in the UK and continental Europe.
It follows the €1bn urban logistics joint venture with QuadReal, established last November, which will see the partners target key UK, French and German cities.
Massias will oversee the pipeline of more than 1m sq ft of development in London and Paris.
Managing partner Christian Jamison said: “We are well-positioned to accelerate our growth in capital deployment with Quadreal as our partner and development will be an increasing part of Valor’s investment strategy going forward.”
Massias added: “Further enhancing our in-house development capabilities is central to our strategy of continued outperformance and given the strength of our local teams across the UK and continental Europe we are well positioned to rapidly scale our development pipeline.”
