Urbanite to sell Leeds PBSA opportunity

Urbanite is selling its £400m Yorkshire Post development opportunity. The student accommodation specialist, part of Asset Capital, has instructed Gerald Eve to explore a sale of the 4.72-acre site in Leeds city centre, on the banks of the River Aire.
