Tom Bloxham's Urban Splash has submitted plans for a development anchored by a supermarket covered by a wildflower-meadow roof.
The Ian Simpson-designed scheme in Salford, Greater Manchester, will be developed through a joint venture with locally-based SiSi Investments.
