Urban & Civic has sold the Feethams Leisure scheme in Darlington, County Durham, for £22.5m – a yield of 6.1%.
The 61,398 sq ft scheme includes an 80-bedroom hotel let to Premier Inn. Tenants include Vue, Nandos and Bella Italia.
It was sold to a UK institution.
