Urban Centric plans major resi scheme for Cardiff city centre

Mixed-use developer Urban Centric is to lodge plans for one of the largest residential schemes in Cardiff city centre, with 420 homes at its Dumballs Road site. It is working with CW Architects to develop the former Anchor Industrial Estate
