Unite portfolio valuation holds steady during pandemic

Student accommodation provider Unite Students has reported a 1.8% drop in portfolio valuation for the year ended 31 December. The group said an independent valuation of its portfolio of 30,209 beds across 79 properties in 22 university towns and cities
