U+I to lease its London office

U+I is searching for a tenant to take over its lease at 7A Howick Place, SW1.

The firm is offering up to 31,105 sq ft of office space at the property on a lease expiring on 10 February 2025. The leasehold interest is available by way of assignment or sublet.

U+I has already sublet 3,477 sq ft of the property to Realstar Group.

U+I chief development officer Richard Upton said: “As with most companies of any size right now, it would be remiss of us not to take the opportunity to review our office operation for a post-Covid world.

“Given that we have been able to operate efficiently as a team working remotely throughout lockdown, we are reviewing our office requirement going forward in a world where we will offer our team a blend of home and office working.

“The inevitable consequence of this is a need for a different kind of office space. We are certain our award-winning office in Howick Place offers the perfect home for another company, with different needs from us, that is considering the same issues.”

CBRE and Pilcher London have been appointed to find a tenant.
