U+I hires ex-Bruntwood SciTech dev boss to lead Mayfield team

U+I has appointed Laura Percy as development director for Mayfield, the £1.5bn project in Manchester city centre. Percy joins from Bruntwood SciTech, where she was head of the development team working on the masterplan vision for the £1bn innovation district
