Plans have been unveiled for two schemes totalling 330,000 sq ft (30,657 sq m) at Belfast's 185-acre (75ha) Titanic Quarter, a former shipyard near the city centre.
The two schemes unveiled today are a 130,000 sq ft (12,077 sq m)
